The Sandy Village Festival was certainly wet especially in the morning. However, the volunteers of the Society were not deterred and, nor it seems, were others. There was a sizeable amount of interest in the Society, a number of sales and even new memberships.
The photographic exhibition in No.17 Melrose St (next door was particularly popular and not just because it was indoors! The interest in the huge range of photos was very keen.
